The Ordit mobile app is not available through public app stores.
To ensure security and restricted access, it can only be downloaded directly from your Ordit web dashboard after logging in with an authorized account.
This guide explains how to access and install the Ordit mobile app on your phone or tablet.
Before starting, make sure:
● You have an active Ordit account (registered by your administrator or strata manager).
● You can log in to the Ordit platform at https://ordit.au/login.
You have a stable internet connection on your device.
How to Install the Ordit App
1. Log in to your Ordit account from a desktop or mobile web browser.
2. Once logged in, go to your Dashboard.
3. Look for the “Download the Ordit App” button or link.
4. Click the button to begin the download process.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app on your mobile device.
6. Once installation is complete, open the app and sign in using your registered email address and password.
Your Ordit app is now ready to use.
If You Can’t Find the Download Button
If you do not see a “Download the Ordit App” button after logging in:
● Your building administrator may have disabled access to the mobile download link.
● Your account permissions may not yet be configured for mobile access.
● There may be a temporary issue with your dashboard display.
In any of these cases, please:
