One QR code on your wall. Every document behind it.

Ordit replaces every binder, red box and USB stick with a single digital wallet tied to your building. This page explains how it works, from the concept behind the platform to the day your building goes live.

HOW IT WORKS

Three things to understand before you see it in action.

The building’s digital wallet.

Every compliance document your building has ever produced lives in one secure platform tied to the building itself, not to any individual manager or owner.

How the QR code works.

Ordit sends you a QR code for your building, and anyone who scans it is taken directly to that building’s digital wallet without an app or login.

What’s included per tier.

Ordit has tiered subscriptions from small buildings to enterprise clients across multiple sites, with pricing tailored to your building through a consultation.

THE PROCESS

From first conversation to your building going live.

Step 1  —  Consultation

Fill in the short form and our specialist arranges a call to understand your building and recommend the right tier.

Step 2  —  Sign up and onboard

Once you’re ready to proceed, we send the agreement for signature and collect what’s needed to set up your digital wallet.

Step 3  —  You’re live and audit-ready

Your building goes live, and from that point any authorised person who scans your QR code has instant access to every document.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Common questions about how Ordit works.

How long does setup take?

Most buildings are live within a few days of the initial consultation. The QR code is typically delivered within a week of signing. For larger commercial or enterprise clients with multiple buildings, the timeline is discussed during the consultation and managed in stages.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Ordit?

No. Ordit is built for building and strata managers, not for IT teams. If you can send an email and use a smartphone, you can use Ordit. For lower tiers, the platform is designed to be completely self-managed. For higher tiers, Ordit assists with setup and ongoing uploads.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Ordit is an annual subscription. You’re not locked into a multi-year contract by default, though longer-term arrangements are available and discussed during the consultation. If you choose not to renew, you have a period to download and export everything before access is switched off. Your compliance history is always yours.
