Step 2 — Sign up and onboard
Once you’re ready to proceed, we send the agreement for signature and collect what’s needed to set up your digital wallet.

Step 3 — You’re live and audit-ready
Your building goes live, and from that point any authorised person who scans your QR code has instant access to every document.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Most buildings are live within a few days of the initial consultation. The QR code is typically delivered within a week of signing. For larger commercial or enterprise clients with multiple buildings, the timeline is discussed during the consultation and managed in stages.
No. Ordit is built for building and strata managers, not for IT teams. If you can send an email and use a smartphone, you can use Ordit. For lower tiers, the platform is designed to be completely self-managed. For higher tiers, Ordit assists with setup and ongoing uploads.
Ordit is an annual subscription. You’re not locked into a multi-year contract by default, though longer-term arrangements are available and discussed during the consultation. If you choose not to renew, you have a period to download and export everything before access is switched off. Your compliance history is always yours.
