Accessing Ordit

Before You Log In

To access Ordit, your email must first be registered in the system.

● Administrators: Your login credentials will be provided directly by Ordit or your building management team.

● Occupants, Contractors, or Other Building Users:

Contact your Strata Manager or Building Owner to have your email address registered before attempting to log in.


 Note: You won’t be able to access Ordit until your email has been registered.

How to Log In

Follow these steps to access your Ordit account:

1. Open any modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).

2. Navigate to https://ordit.au/login.

3. In the Email Address field, enter your registered email address.

4. In the Password field, enter your secure Ordit password.

5. Double-check your details and click the blue “Login” button.

Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to your Ordit Dashboard, where you can view and manage your audits, reports, and assigned tasks.

How to Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t log in, follow these steps:

1. On the login page, click “Reset Password” below the password field.

2. Enter your registered email address and click “Send.”

3. Check your email inbox for a message from Ordit containing your password reset code.

4. Return to the reset page and enter the verification code provided in the email.

5. Create a new password (use a strong combination of at least 8 characters, including upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).

6. Click “Confirm” to save your new password.

7. You can now log in directly using your new password.

Note: If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder, or contact your Strata Manager to verify your registered email address.

How to Download the Ordit Mobile App

After you log in to your Ordit account on a desktop browser, you’ll see an option to download the mobile app.

To download the app:

1. Look for the “Download the Ordit App” button on your dashboard.

2. Click the button and choose your mobile platform:


3. Tap Download or Install on your device.

4. Once installed, open the app and log in using your existing email and password.

Note: If you don’t see the “Download App” button after logging in, contact your Admin or reach out to Ordit Technical Support at support@ordit.au for assistance.

● Supported Browsers: Google Chrome (latest), Safari (latest), Mozilla Firefox (latest), Microsoft Edge (latest).

● Device Compatibility: Fully compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.

● Security Recommendation: Avoid saving your password on shared devices. Always log out after use.
