How to Set Up Your Ordit Account

Your Ordit account allows you to access audits, reports, and building communications securely. Setting up your account ensures your details are accurate, your security settings are enabled, and your notifications are delivered properly.

When You Need to Use This

Complete your account setup in the following situations:

● First-time login after receiving your Ordit access credentials from your admin or strata manager.

● After a system update that prompts you to review or confirm your details.

● When your contact information (email or phone number) changes.

● When you need to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added security.

● When using Ordit on multiple devices to ensure your details sync correctly across web and mobile.

Keeping your profile up to date helps your building management team contact you easily and ensures you receive important updates in real time.

 

Step-by-Step: Setting Up Your Account

1. Log in to the Ordit App or web portal using your registered email and password.

2. On your dashboard, click your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.

3. In your profile settings, enter your First Name and Last Name.

4. Add your most up-to-date phone number so your building team or strata manager can reach you.

5. Set your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) status to improve account security.
 It is highly recommended to enable 2FA to protect your account from unauthorized access.

6. Upload your avatar or profile photo to personalize your account.

7. Your Role (Admin, Contractor, or Occupant) will automatically appear based on permissions assigned by your administrator.

8. Once complete, click the Update button to save your information.

After saving, refresh your page to confirm your changes have been successfully applied.

 

If You Encounter Issues

If you experience problems while updating your account:

● Check your internet connection and try again.

● Log out and back in before repeating the process.

● If your Role or 2FA option does not appear, contact your administrator for access permissions.
