Your Ordit profile contains your personal and contact information, which helps your building team communicate with you effectively.
Keeping your profile up to date ensures accurate contact details, proper notifications, and secure account access.
When You Need to Use This
Update your Ordit profile whenever:
● Your contact details (such as phone number or email) change.
● You want to upload or change your profile photo.
● You enable or disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Your building administrator requests updated information for compliance or access purposes.
Step-by-Step: Updating Your Profile
1. Log in to your Ordit account through the web portal or mobile app.
2. From your dashboard, click your Profile Icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. In the Profile Settings section, review your current details.
4. Update the following fields as needed:
○ First Name and Last Name
○ Phone Number
○ Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) status
○ Profile Photo or Avatar
5. Verify that your email address and user role are correct. (These fields may be locked and managed by your administrator.)
6. Once your updates are complete, click the Update button to save your changes.
After saving, refresh your page to ensure your updates have been applied successfully.
If You Can’t Edit Certain Fields
Some profile details, such as your email address or user role, may be locked.
If you need to update these:
● Contact your building administrator or strata manager.
● Request them to update your information or adjust your access permissions.

● Access Options: Available on both the web version and the Ordit mobile app.
● Automatic Sync: Updates made on one device will reflect across all logged-in devices.
● Security: All data is encrypted and stored securely according to Ordit’s privacy policy.
