HOW IT WORKS

Per building. Not per seat. No user limits.

One annual subscription covers the building regardless of how many managers, owners or stakeholders need access. This is deliberately different from seat-based competitors — a building’s access to its own compliance records should not depend on how many subscriptions are active.

There are four tiers. The features in each are listed in the table below. Pricing is confirmed during the consultation based on your building type, size and configuration.

Ordit manages fire compliance documentation. Ordit does not perform fire equipment maintenance or smoke alarm inspections.

All tiers are billed annually. No monthly billing for standard tiers.

All documents belong to the building owner. If you do not renew, you have a period of time to download your complete compliance history. Nothing is deleted without notice

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default. You choose to renew. A reminder is sent before expiry.

No seat-based pricing

One subscription covers the building regardless of how many people need access.

Why is pricing not shown on this page?

Because the right configuration depends on your building — its type, size and compliance obligations. A strata complex in Queensland has different requirements to a commercial building in Sydney. Pricing is confirmed during the consultation so you know exactly what you are getting before making any decisions.

How do I know which tier suits my building?

The consultation is designed to answer this. Our specialist walks you through your building type, compliance obligations and what each tier looks like for your situation. Most buildings identify their tier within the first fifteen minutes of the call.

Can I move to a higher tier after I start?

Yes. The digital wallet and all its contents carry over to the higher tier. There is no data migration, no starting over and no loss of compliance history built on the previous tier.
