When will I hear from you?

Our specialist will contact you within one business day of receiving your submission. If you submitted on a weekend or public holiday, you will hear from us on the next business day.

Do I need to prepare anything before the consultation?

Nothing formal. If you have a general sense of how many buildings you manage and what type they are, that is enough to get started. The consultation is designed to work with whatever level of detail you have.

Is there any obligation after the consultation?

None at all. The consultation is informational. You will leave knowing exactly which tier suits your building, what it includes and what it costs. Whether you proceed is entirely your decision.

Can I reschedule or cancel?
